Paragon adds 10'000sqm to its industrial portfolio

Paragon recently acquired a 10’000 m2 commercial storage and logistics building that requires a complete renovation on a parcel measuring 12'529 m2 in an artisanal and commercial zone located in Bex (VD) between Lausanne and Sion. The property is strategically located along the highway and 500m away from Bex Train Station. Renovations will be ready as of Q3 2022 and Paragon will rent 10’000 sqm of flexible areas at attractive rents.
